Join the McKinley Wellness Committee meetings! Any interested parents are welcome to attend this group. There are three 5th grade students along with Miss Tennies who will be creating goals for the campus and community to focus on this year. We would love to participate in the international “Kindness week” during January 23-27th. So anyone who wants to help organize activities for that week are most welcome to pop in!
We will have our first Wellness committee meeting on Tuesday, December 6 at 8:35-9:15am. Most meetings will be held in the Book Room (at the end of the office hallway to the right before you turn to go into the main library). Parents need to sign in at the office as a visitor to attend the meeting (but do not need to be cleared as volunteers). Please contact Donna at dtennies@sandi.net if you have any questions.
Other meeting dates for this year are January 10, February 7, March 7, April 11, and May 9. All meetings will take place at 8:35-9:15am in the Book Room.
