The Spring Gala is the last major fundraising event of the school year. It is an adults-only (21+) auction event open to parents, staff, and McKinley supporters.
The evening is filled with music, dance, drinks, and food. There will be silent & live auctions items, generously donated by our business, teacher, and parent community. All profits go straight to McKinley! We use the money raised to fund the required IB programs such as Spanish, art, and dance, in addition to supporting McKinley’s Theatre, Variety Show, Running Club and so much more!

- March 23-April 12 = $60/p
- April 13 = $75/p
- Childcare = $15/p (Max 30 spots)
*** The preschool staff at St. Patrick’s is providing childcare for McKinley’s gala. It will include pizza and entertainment. Dress kids in comfortable clothing or jammies. Drop off begins at 5:30pm. Last pick up is 10:00pm.

Silent bidding will take place on Facebook beginning April 8th so start following us! – https://www.facebook.com/McKinleyElementarySpringGala/
You will be able to place a bid by posting a comment under the bid item post until Friday, April 12th at noon (12pm) when the bids will close. The highest amount on each item will be the starting bid amount on Saturday at the Gala. If there are no more bids on that item at the event that will be the winning bid. We will contact the winner if he/she is not present.
We are always looking for donations! Both monetary to underwrite the event, or items for the silent auction are welcome. Please contact the Gala Committee for more information.
To donate an auction item please fill out the Auction Donation Form. All donations must be in by April 3rd.
