This note is specifically generated for the parents of children who are in Prime Time, Character Builders, or After School Enrichment (ASE).
In an attempt to increase campus security, we will now be locking the two gates that are most often used to access our campus. We’re referring to the two gates that are adjacent to the cafeteria and near the Yoga Statue.
Those gates will now be secured at 3:15 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Gates will be closed at 12:30 pm on Thursdays.
In the past, we’ve left these gates open in an attempt to accommodate parents who are picking children up from after-school programs.
From this point on, we will be asking that parents who arrive to pick children up from kid-care to do one of two things:
A.) Knock on the double auditorium doors on Redwood and, if Prime Time staff are in the vicinity, they will unlock and allow you to access campus to pick up your child.
B.) If Prime Time Staff are not available to answer the doors because they are supervising students, please call Alex Bell (Character Builders Site Supervisor) and he will send a Character Builders staff member up to open door and allow you to access campus. If your child is currently enrolled in Character Builders, you should have his contact info. If not, please touch base with him during drop off/pick up and he will provide it to you.
