The first annual IB Festival of the Arts is THIS Saturday, May 21st from 2:00 – 5:00!
(The Yoga statue and Joint Use Park Gates will open at 2PM for the public)
Each student will have a piece of their art on display! Each grade level will also be performing a song and/or dance. There will be garden tours and kumquats to taste!! It is not mandatory for students to come, but we encourage that they do! This is a great way to see a bit more of the McKinley campus, though classrooms will not be open for exploring 😉
If you can come, be sure to attend when your child’s grade will be on stage! Each outdoor performance is 10-15 min long and will showcase what students have been learning this year in music and dance.

We could still use volunteers for setting up and taking down the event (installing and de-installing artworks, tidying up the campus, moving picnic tables, etc.) You can signup for a slot here, and enter through the faculty parking lot gate if arriving before the event.
McKinley Gear will available for purchase!
Please bring water and snacks if needed, as there will not be any official refreshments for sale.
It’s going to be an amazing day!!!
