This Thursday, March 5th, is the LAST day for Winter ASE 2020!
For those families with children enrolled in either Circus or Flamenco, there are end of session performances for you to attend. Performances for both classes will begin at the following times:
Session A: 12:50 pm
Session B: 2:00 pm
For Circus, please check in at the school office and enter in through the library, then through Room 4 (Ms. Trocha’s room) out to the Kindergarten playground.
For Flamenco, check in at the school office, enter through the library and volunteers will direct you to the tables and courtyard in the white building.
For parents of children in TK-1, your child(ren) MUST be signed out by an ASE Volunteer. If you plan on taking your child home after these performances, please make sure to hand in their ASE lanyard and sign out so we know the student has been accounted for.
Last but not least, ASE is looking positions to be filled for the 2020-2021 school year. We have been looking for over a year and currently do not have a committee chair or volunteer coordinator to run the Thursdays. Without these positions being filled, ASE will not happen in the future. If you would like to learn more about taking over these roles please email asemckinley@gmail.com.
