Photography and Performance Video

In the course of participating in the McKinley Variety Show, students will be photographed and videotaped by volunteers and professionals. By signing the agreement, you agree to have your student photographed and videotaped as a Variety Show participant. The photographs will be displayed at McKinley Elementary School and the McKinley PTC website of McKinleyPTC Facebook page. A video DVD of the performance will also be available for purchase.

Parent/Guardian Sign-Out after Rehearsals

Variety Show volunteers do not assume responsibility for your child once rehearsals have been completed. It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure their child has a safe plan for getting home. By signing the agreement, you agree to these terms.
