Hello McKinley families! The first day of school Coffee and Donuts is postponed to Monday, August 28. On that day, join us near the entrance of the school at the Yoga Statue at 8:30-9:00am for some “we made it through the first week” cheer! Hopefully this allows you to get to work after drop off tomorrow after losing a day today. Plus the grass is soggy. So meeting next week will be less rushed and more dry. It’s a great opportunity for returning parents to reconnect and for new parents to make new connections.
There will be parent helpers on campus tomorrow, Monday, August 22, to assist in finding your students’ line on the blacktop. Look for folks in the safety vests. Happy first day of school tomorrow everyone! And we’ll see you on Monday, August 28 for coffee and donuts.
