McKinley is a Kindness Certified School! We are one school amongst 19 million students in 115 countries that were part of the 2023 Great Kindness Challenge. What an AMAZING celebration of kindness it was!

Thanks to everyone who brought snacks, volunteered, sent cards, contacted room parents, posted to the PTC site or anything else to make sure our Great Kindness Challenge was a success.

Three parents on the Wellness Committee deserve a shout out for all their help organizing all the kind things we saw and heard on campus:

  • Lynne Mayman (parent of a 3rd grader)
  • Katelin Fosson (parent of a 1st and 3rd grader)
  • Adam Krause (parent of a TK student)

We would like to have this as an annual event so look for more info next January!
