The Annual Federal Impact Aid Surveys will be sent home today, Wednesday October 2nd with your children.
All Federal Survey Impact Forms are due by this Friday, October 4th. McKinley will also be eligible for a cash award if all the Federal Survey Impact Forms are turned in by this Friday.
It is urgent that you review the printed information, and correct as needed, please follow the guidelines below:
- If the information is correct please sign, date and return to your child’s/children’s teacher
- If corrections need to be made please cross out any incorrect information and make necessary correction(s). Please initial correction(s).
- Please make sure all boxes are completed in full detail.
- Parents/Guardians Active Duty, please include Branch of Service and Rank. Reserves and Nat’l Guard and mobilized under federal orders. Please attach a copy of your orders. You may black out PIV (personally identifiable info).
San Diego Unified schools are heavily impacted with federally-connected students and families that are employed at Federal properties.
The Federal Impact Aid Program provides funding to the District’s general fund on a yearly basis for instructional materials, transportation, technology and more. The U.S Dept. of Education requires the District to survey each student to determine eligibility. We ask that all McKinley families complete the survey form with information as of Oct 2, 2019
