If you haven’t turned in your child’s Federal Survey Form, we appreciate you turning it in completed, signed and dated, by Wednesday, October 24th to their teacher. The Federal Survey Form is required per the US Department of Education for school districts to survey all students. McKinley is still in the running to potentially receive funds for our school if all the surveys are collected, processed, and turned in to the District Offices no later than this Friday by 5pm. As an extra incentive, the first class to turn in all of their Federal Survey Forms tomorrow correctly filled out, signed, and dated (one class from TK-2nd grades and one class from 3-5 grades) will receive an all class healthy, snack pack of their choice.
