The 2018-2019 PrimeTime Parent Orientation will be held on Monday, August 20th from 5:00 – 6:00 pm in the Auditorium. During the orientation we will review how to fill out student participation forms, discuss the attendance policy and program rules, and answer any questions. We will also have medication authorization forms available if your child/children require medication (ex. inhalers, epi-pens, daily medication, etc.) at program.

All students enrolled must have a Student Participation Form completed and reviewed by the program supervisor prior to starting the program. Students that do not have completed Student Participation Forms turned in and reviewed will not be allowed to start program on the first day of school.

Visit the 2018-19 PrimeTime Enrollment Information page to download the forms in other languages. They are also available for pick-up at the YMCA Expanded Learning Programs office located at 3333 Camino del Rio South, Suite 110, San Diego (92108) between 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
