San Diego Unified Family and Community Engagement Department is organizing an event to support the right of all students, regardless of race, color, national origin, immigration status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or religion to be educated in an environment free from fear, violence and intimidation. All staff, students and families are invited to attend.

In support of this event, the San Diego Unified School Board passed a resolution at its Dec. 6 meeting reaffirming the values of peace, tolerance and respect for multiple perspectives.
