So much is happening, and each step of the process brings us closer to the completion of our Joint Use Park!
This week features the import and placement of the topsoil for the field and of the decomposed granite areas, including the running path around the perimeter of the field. In addition, the new concrete walk on the southwest corner of the site has been completed, and the subcontractor is currently working on installation of the perimeter 10’ fence.
Placement of asphalt concrete paving in the play court area is scheduled to begin next week, along with concrete formwork for the ramp off Palm Street.
The construction crew, led by our very own Mike Pittman, will also be finishing up the ornamental fence, gate details, landscaping, and irrigation between Buildings 100/200.
