ASE_logo_1dReminder: Applications are due Wednesday, January 13th. Turn in your application with payment by submitting it to your child’s teacher or depositing it in the green PTC lockbox in the front office.

ASE Volunteers will be on-site to answer your questions and receive your applications & payments (including credit cards) at the following times:

  • Monday: 8:20 – 8:45 am & 2:45 – 3:30 pm
  • Tuesday: 8:20 – 8:45 am & 2:45 – 3:30 pm
  • Wednesday: 8:20 – 8:45 am & 2:45 – 3:30 pm

This program is organized by parent volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering please contact Pauline P. Treviño as soon as possible. Opportunities include: assisting with registration, escorting students, and assisting instructors in class.
