This week is the Great Kindness Challenge: celebrating acts of kindness big and small! 

Monday: Thank the Cafeteria Staff Day

Have your class make a simple poster or write letters/draw pictures for the cafeteria staff thanking them for all of their hard work. Be creative and make them cute!

Tuesday: High Five Day

See how many High Fives you can give out today. Set a goal as a class or for individuals and see if they can reach it! Students can try to keep track with tally marks, but remember…be gentle!

Wednesday: Thank the Nurse staff Day

Have your class make a simple poster or write letters for the nurse and health assistants thanking them for always taking such good care of us. You could decorate with Band-Aids!

Thursday: Clean-up Day

Spend 10 or 15 minutes today cleaning up your classroom or an area outside! Let’s make our school beautiful!

Friday: Read With A Friend Day

Take 15 or 20 minutes today reading with a friend. If you already have reading buddies, use them. If you don’t, partner up with a class and read!
