📝 Share Your News: Communications Request Form

Do you have an announcement, event, or flyer you’d like shared with McKinley families? Use the Communications Request Form to submit your request.

  • What it’s for: PTC newsletters, Facebook/Instagram posts, calendar additions, and other official communication channels.
  • How to use it:
    1. Click the link and fill out the form with your event details.
    2. Upload any flyers, graphics, or wording you want included.
    3. Submit at least one week before you want it published, so our team has time to review and schedule.
  • Who sees it: The Communications Committee reviews all requests to make sure info is accurate, clear, and reaches the right families.
