You asked, and we listened… it’s time to bring back the grown-ups-only get-together!
Please join us on Friday, March 22, 2024, from 6 – 9 PM at Grand Ol’ BBQ y Asado on 32nd & Thorn Street (3302 32nd St, San Diego, CA 92104) for an evening of good food (buffet style with meat and veggie options), good drinks (both NA and alcohol) and great company (no explanation needed for this one).
We will have a DJ, Photo Booth, and games (flip cup, anyone?). This event is donation-based, so pay what you can (or not) at the door. This is not a fundraiser. Each attendee will receive one drink ticket and unlimited trips to the buffet. The bar will be open to purchase additional drinks and treats.
Though we will have GOBBQ to ourselves for this event, space is limited. GOBBQ has a 300-person capacity. Please be sure to
for this event using this form. Your RSVP is your ticket to the party! And, PLEASE, if you are a veteran McKinley parent/guardian, encourage some of the new McKinley parents/guardians to attend!
*Also worth noting: we understand that many members of our community do not drink. This event is NOT centered around drinking. It is centered around building and strengthening our community through fun and connection. We encourage all parents/guardians to attend!
