What makes McKinley Great?
It’s YOU!

Volunteers are paramount to McKinley PTC’s success and there are many ways to be involved.

Needless to say, committed volunteers are needed to plan every detail of annual events, but showing up on the day of an event, when the greatest number of people are needed, is appreciated. McKinley PTC’s programs, events and activities consist of a range of options, as simple as helping decorate for Teacher Appreciation Week to chairing the Jog-A-Thon committee. Whatever your interests and schedule, you’ll find an opportunity to help, plus it’s a great way to get to know other parents and become part of the school community.

Please review the Parent Teacher Club and Volunteer Guide below for an in-depth description of McKinley PTC committees, events and activities where you could lend a hand or browse the Events or Programs tabs on the website. We are sure you will find something that piques your interest.

Once you decide that you’d like to be involved, visit the Volunteer Requirements page for details on what documents are needed to volunteer during the school year.

And please take a moment to fill out the Volunteer Survey, so your interests for Volunteering are registered and a McKinley Volunteer coordinator can connect you to those areas of interest!
