The Young Artist Program Summer Art Camps At Expressive Arts @ 32nd & Thorn
Session 1: June 20 – 23
Monday – Thursday 1:30 – 3:00
Drawing & Painting : Treasure Map, Mermaids, a Beach Sunset
and the basics of paint mixing.
Session 2: June 27 – 30
Monday – Thursday 1:30 – 3:00
Hand Sewing : Yarn Dolls & Other Creatures Plus hand sewn outfits for them.
Session 3: July 18- 21
Monday – Thursday 1:30 – 3:00
Summer Box, Mixed Media: Design a box any way you like. A home for water fairies, a castle, a forest. Paint, beautiful papers, clay and pastels.
Session 4: July 25 – 28
Monday – Thursday 1:30 – 3:00
Secret Summer Journal : We’ll draw, paint collage and write about
the slow pleasures of summer. A paper doll, a beachball, star gazing, and fish are some images we’ll explore. Secret Summer Journal supply fee is $20.
Session 5: August 15- 18
Monday – Thursday 1:30-3:00
Story To Collage : We’ll read “Tar Beach” by Faith Ringold a modern classic about a roof top summer night and do a big collage with paper and paint on this theme.

Ages : 7- 12
Cost for individual Session : $140. Plus $15 supplies (unless otherwise noted above)

Therese Rossi, MFA and brings over 30 yrs of experience with children. She has brought The Young Artist Program to both public and private schools locally. Loving and fun, she blends self expression with skill building in class.
We will mask as recommended and to your preference. Therese is fully vaccinated.
