The District sent a survey out last week asking parents to complete for each child(ren) in their family by Thursday, June 25th at 5:00 PM.

I realize there is a great deal of information you might like prior to making your decision. The purpose of this survey is only to help schools plan for next year and get an idea of instructional option interest. You will have an opportunity later in the summer to formally register for the program that will work best for your family.
