Dear McKinley Families,
I have exciting news! During the PTC clean-up last Saturday, we found Variety Show programs from the 1930’s! They will be displayed prominently to exhibit the long-standing tradition of the McKinley Variety Show.
With over 100 children participating in this year’s Variety Show, it is critical that we have Volunteers ready to support our kids. Come to the Variety Show Volunteers meeting tomorrow in the Staff Lounge at 6:30pm to find out how you can help at the School Shows and the Evening Performance at Lincoln High. Better yet, take a spot from the signup below and receive details tomorrow on what that entails.
The Variety Show Committee has been working tirelessly to get the entire show prepared. It is time for the community to lend a hand. As the Beatles song goes “I get by with a little help from my friends” I am looking forward to seeing a packed room of volunteers at the informational meeting tomorrow ready to make this show spectacular. I would especially like to hear that every available spot has been taken by the time the meeting starts.
