Volunteering at school, on campus, in classrooms, for field trips, etc?
You can get the required TB Test this week at school! (You can get the required TB test for volunteering at your regular doctor’s office.)
TB Tests are valid for 4 years.
Two-part testing; both days are required.
When:
- Tuesday Sep 25, 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM (skin prick) AND
- Thursday Sep 27, 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM (reading of the test).
Where: 3020 Felton St. (Across the street from the school’s main entrance. )
Price: $10 (cash please, for cost of supplies only).

SDUSD Volunteer Screening Requirement forms are available in the school office and can be downloaded here. A copy of your Driver’s License, or other form of photo ID, is also required.
